Delete your household and data

Deleting a household removes every balance, transaction, goal, photo and device link, for everyone in it. It cannot be undone.

If you have the app

  1. Open Parent Mode, then Settings, then Data and privacy.
  2. Choose Request account deletion and type DELETE to confirm.
  3. We email a link to the household owner. Nothing is deleted until that link is opened, and it expires after 30 minutes.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@littlebankers.uk from the household owner's email address and ask us to delete the household. We reply to that address to confirm before anything is removed.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Backups of the household are deleted at the same time as the household.
  • Messages you sent us through Report a problem are kept for up to 90 days, then removed.
  • The household code is retired and never given to another family.
