Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Little Bankers (the "App"). The App is provided by Pagare Consulting Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Greetwell Place, 2 Lime Kiln Way, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN2 4US, United Kingdom. By creating a household or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Who can use Little Bankers

Little Bankers is designed for use by a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") together with their children, on the Parent's authority. You must be at least 18 years old to create a household. By creating a household you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any children whose profiles you add, or that you otherwise have authority to set up and manage their profile on the App.

2. What Little Bankers is (and isn't)

Little Bankers is a family organiser that lets a Parent track earning activities, daily habits and savings goals, and award "tokens" as a form of household reward record-keeping.

Tokens are not real money, are not a currency, security, or store of value, cannot be redeemed for cash from us, and have no value outside the household that created them.

Any "Savings Vault" feature shown in the App is a record the Parent maintains manually of money they have moved outside the App (e.g. into a real savings account). The App does not initiate, process, or move any real money, and is not a financial institution, e-money service, or payment service.

3. Household codes and accounts

When you create a household we generate a household code that links devices to your household's data. Anyone with your household code can view and, depending on the device's mode, change your household's data — treat your household code like a password and only share it with people you trust with your family's information.

4. Content you provide

You (and, through you, your children, if applicable) may add names, ages, avatars, photos, goals, and messages to the App ("Your Content"). You're responsible for what you upload, including making sure you have the right to upload any photo, and that it doesn't contain anything illegal, offensive, or infringing. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) harass, harm, or endanger any person, including children; (b) upload unlawful, obscene, or infringing content; (c) attempt to access another household's data without authorisation; (d) interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure; or (e) use the App for any purpose other than personal, family use.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the App available, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, change, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the App and delete your household at any time by contacting us (see Section 10). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let existing households know (e.g. via a notice in the App). Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
